Hello. I want to ask you to install CentOS 6.2 (basic server) on dedicated servers XPLV001 XPLV002 (HP DL180 g6). And i need IP KVM to XPLV003 (DELL R 510) for specific CentOS 6.2 installation. So i ordered switch HP2810 24-G and ip address range 28 bit. How i can control this switch and which addresses are allocated to me?

Thank's for reply. But i need IP-kvm to install CentOS 6.2 on one of servers and i want you to set CentOS 6.2 on two other servers. In your faq (https://secure.leaseweb.nl/en/docs/faq) saying "Which operating systems can I choose from for my new dedicated LeaseWeb server?

There are no restrictions with regard to operating systems. We install a the most popular operating systems at the time of provisioning (FreeBSD, OpenBSD, Debian, CentOS, Suse, Redhat, Ubuntu and all currentMicrosoft operating systems. We also provide you the opportunity to mount your own operating system and install it using an optional IP KVM interface, with the exception of our 'Express servers'. 'Express servers' are preinstalled with one of a limited number of operating systems and have a uniform configuration"

How long time Order Processing Department will perform the request.

Dear Mr. Melnyk,

Could I ask you to check whether you can request the reinstallation of
the servers in the Self Service Center? Usually this is possible. You
can view the option under Dedicated Servers > Overview > Manage > Remote
management > Reinstall.

If you are not able to arrange it there please let me know.

I asked installation for server XPLV001. I'm disappointed that I can not choose the version of CentOS, because i need CentOS 6.2, but in list only CentOS 6 x86_64. And what about two other servers (XPLV002 , XPLV003) ? I have next problem: "Error: Server has no IPs assigned and can't be reinstalled". I paid for ip address range 28 bit (mask 255.255.255.240 ). What happened with my ip address range?

We have received a notification that you have tried to reinstall your
server XPLV001 through the SSC with CentOS 6 (x86_64), unfortunately
your request could not automatically start.

Do you want us to manually start the reinstallation? Please be aware
that all data will be erased from your server during the reinstallaton,
we ask you to confirm that you agree and we can proceed with your request.

Dear Sir,

I am very sorry, I missed the fact that your servers had not yet been
completely delivered. I am requesting our engineers to install
XPLV001-002 with CentOS 6.2 and that you wish to install CentOS 6.2 on
the third server XPLV003. The IP range has not been assigned yet as the
delivery is not completed.

в 2-х словах. я 2-й день заказываю установку ОС на якобы готовые сервера. сначала они морозились, потом вместо CentOS 6.2 установили 6.3. а теперь они говорят, что серверов вообще нет. короче, есть смысл перевести переписку. мне эмоции мешают это сделать вдумчиво по каждому посту. прикол в том, что уровень обслуживания Best Effort . Европейское, блять, качество.
